A very energetic and cute player of the Seigaku team. Known as the "golden pair" when paired up with the vice-captain, Oishi. He has very good sports-vision (ability to see fast moving objects). He is a flexible player who can play tennis with acrobatic moves. His agility is cool and plays tennis with style. He has a child-like personality; an optimistic person who recovers fast from his failures.
